Package of 50 standard "0" size gelatin capsules. Each capsule hold about 500 mg of ground material depending on how tightly the material is packed and how finely ground.
Place herbs in bottom and twist top until herb grinds as you require. Great for small batch loose incense, or small batch teas amongst other things.
