If this is your first time here, we hope that these tid bits aid you on your shopping experience.
We accept Master Card, Visa, Paypal and e-transfers. You can select your payment method at check out.
Please note that your "Billing Address" must match your credit card address in order for your transaction to authorize. If you are shipping to another address then you may add a shipping address, you will have the option to add a separate address in your account set up.
e-transfers must be sent to "email@example.com" and a separate email is sent to this address with the security question and password exactly how you set it up. Once payment is received your order will be processed.
All orders will be processed, picked and packaged upon payment received. Package(s) leaving the shop unless deemed priority mail when order is placed will ship out via Canada Post either Tuesday's or Thursday's (this will allow us to properly and accurately take the care needed in packaging your items for shipment) .
We ship all orders via Canada Post only (at this time), shipping charges reflect what Canada post quotes us. Tracking number will be provided and all packages are insured up to $100.
Delivery of your package may take longer during the holiday season and special holidays.
We ship all orders to the shipping address specified at the time of purchase, we accept no responsibility or liability for goods not received as a result of an incorrect address or change of address.
If for any reason your package has been returned to Mystic Moons and you wish for it to be resent, you will be charged a reshipping cost.
At Mystic Moons we recycle and re-use shipping material. There is however times where we have to purchase some material but we are proud to say 90% of all shipping material that we use is recycled.
At this time we ship within Canada, The United Kingdom and the United States.
Our prices have the HST (15% New Brunswick) already included in the retail price. Due to the nature of where some of our products come from (i.e. US, Europe and so on) the prices may change at any time to reflect the duty and exchange.
All Sales are Final. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or give refunds on items that have been opened or possibly used.
If an item arrives damaged, we ask that you please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject Damaged Item. This must be done within 3 days of the package delivery date and include photos of the damaged item, in the original packaging. Once we are able to determine where the responsibility for the damage lies, we will work with you to resend a replacement.
Contact us immediately should you experience lost order. We will do our utmost to work with you to locate your package as all our orders have tracking and are shipped with insurance. If a claim is required and as soon as the carrier has accepted the claim, you will receive a refund of your lost items. (this would be the only time a refund will be issued)
