Cup Of Sunshine Solstice Tea

Just in time for the Summer Solstice!! A Cup of Sunshine is literally sunshine in a cup. This beautiful aromatic herbal tea is a taste of summer.  Enjoyed as a hot beverage or as an Iced Tea for your personal pleasure. 

Each herb was carefully chosen by its growth pattern here on the East Coast of Canada with the exception of 1 ingredient. 98% of the herbs and berries used in this tea blend are local grown or wild harvested.

Ingredients;
- Blood Orange 
- Strawberries (local)
- Nettle leaves (local)
- Linden (local)
- Calendula flowers

Uses; 1 tbsp for a small tea pot, pour boiling water and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes or longer to release the beautiful aroma of the berries. Drink at leisure.

Iced Tea - 1 tbsp for a small pot, pour boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes or longer. Let cool and add sugar or sweetener to taste.
