Such a handy helper for so many homestead tasks, these scissors are tucked away in all my baskets and bushcraft bags. Just enough to snip off those tender leaves and stray threads. Wanting a pair with me always, these leather sheaths keep them close by! They are perfectly at home in any period costume or a gardener's pocket.
Available in a variety of colors, these scissor sheaths are crafted from sturdy leather and strung from thick Kodiak lace. To ensure a perfect fit, a pair of my favorite snips are included for free, however they will fit most brands of thread scissors.
Scissors should be dried after use and oiled periodically. Food safe oils should be used if you are harvesting edibles. If your scissors rust, you can clean them with fine steel wool and reapply oil.
Sheath measures approximately 5 inches long -not including the lace- by 2 inches at it's widest point.
*While every effort is made to craft as close to the product photo as possible no two will be exactly the same. Leather is a natural material and you can expect variations in color or natural markings which lend to the uniqueness of each piece.
