Goldenrod -  The latin name Solidago means 'whole'. The significance of Goldenrod is that all above ground parts of the plant can be used for both medicinal and magical uses.

Folklore
There is a lot to be said about Goldenrod's folklore and alot of it centers around prosperity and divination. From finding hidden or lost object, to hitting it big if Goldenrod suddenly grows near your home.  

Magical Uses;
- This herbal oil was created with the intentions of aiding in prosperity and money spells, increasing clarity in various divination methods and rituals or spells of encouragement, anoint your third eye and your pulse points or anoint/massage into your body or under your feet before ritual especially nice after your ritual bath, or add a full dropper (15 to 20 drops) into your bath water. Anoint your rituals/spells candles for the desired magical workings,  add a few drops of the oil to a charm bag or talisman.

Mugwort - Artemisia vulgaris is her name. She is a Native species to parts of Europe, Northern Africa, Asia. Mugwort is an introduced species to North America and is also known as an invasive weed. Very earthy scent yet with a hint of sweetness, reminding one of a breezy summer day.

Folklore
- known highly as the 'Witches Herb' and most commonly for its aid in otherworldly travels.
- from the Greek Moon Goddess 'Artemis' who is known for being a patron Goddess to woman. Deeply associated to the moon, there is no wonder to why this herb is used in many forms of divination and protection. 

Magical Uses;

St. John's Wort;

Folklore

Hypericum in Greek means 'over spirit'. Folklore states it was named Hypericum as it was believed to provide special protection especially over the summer months. Later on it became associated with St. John the Batist for the solar aspect and the feast day which is observed at the height of summer. 

- Referred to as the 'Blood of Christ' St. John's wort oil is made of a sun-infusion of its bright yellow 5 petal blossoms. As the infusion sits over time it changes to a deep blood-red color.
